What documents do I need?
UAE residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors: passport, home-country licence and an International Driving Permit. GCC, UK, EU, US, Canadian, Australian, Japanese and South African licences are accepted directly for short visits.
How are rates quoted?
Per enquiry. Rates move with season, duration and demand, so rather than publish a number that is wrong half the year, we quote your exact dates on WhatsApp — usually within minutes. Insurance and delivery within Dubai are always included.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — pre-authorised, not charged, on your credit card, and released within 14–21 working days of return once Dubai Police confirm no outstanding fines. The amount depends on the vehicle and is confirmed before you book.
What is the minimum rental period?
24 hours on every vehicle. Weekly rates apply from 7 days and monthly rates from 30 days — the longer you keep it, the lower the daily cost.
How does mileage work?
Each car includes a generous daily allowance, typically 200–300 km depending on the model. Extra kilometres are billed at a flat published rate, never a surprise. Unlimited-mileage packages are available on monthly rentals.
Are Salik tolls and fuel included?
The car is delivered with a full tank and should come back the same way. Salik gates and any traffic fines are billed at cost with no admin mark-up.
What is the minimum age?
21 for our value range, 23 for performance models and 25 for the exotic and flagship vehicles. We confirm the requirement for your chosen car when we quote.
